same as regular houser but whos on the deed and if you have children who will be primary caregiver will mostly likely keep house

But seriously folks, the house belongs to whoever name is on the tittle. If it is you and your future ex-husband the judge will decide who gets to live in the house but ownership doesn’t change.
I don’t think that it is a habitat for humanity house makes a difference, you and him are either going to have to come up to an agreement over it, or duke it out in court.
same as any other house -either it depends on who is on the deed, or community property laws apply, depending on your state.
If this is important to you, then you should contact an attorney to represent you. It might cost a lot, but it might cost you the house, or your share of it, if you don’t have an attorney.
