You would have to see it, unless the wife is living in it with the children, and she is a stay at hom momther, then she can argue she will be homeless, and the man will have to continue to pay the mortgage. Other than that you’ll have to sale it and split it 50/50.

i have the same question. but i think both will still get 50/50 because it was aqcquired during the course of the marriage. if it were before, then it would be based on the date of the marriage.

depends on the state. but more than likely it will have to be split 50/50
