		<description>You would have to see it, unless the wife is living in it with the children, and she is a stay at hom momther, then she can argue she will be homeless, and the man will have to continue to pay the mortgage. Other than that you&#039;ll have to sale it and split it 50/50.</description>

		<description>i have the same question. but i think both will still get 50/50 because it was aqcquired during the course of the marriage. if it were before, then it would be based on the date of the marriage.
