		<description>If you have no money, why do you need to contest.  Just get it done with and go the uncontested route and work it out.     If you really can&#039;t work with your spouse at all on this some counties have mediation services.  Call the county court where they handle divorces in your area and see if they have a Family Law Center, mediation services, or anything.  

The contested route is for angry people who want to take money from their spouses and give it to lawyers.</description>

But if the hearing is to assign a trial date, it ought to do just that, and I&#039;m guessing you will have no need to speak your mind or make any requests.  Without an attorney, obviously neither of you will be filing any motions.</description>
