What are the parameters of a Navy divorce when the wife is cheating with an enlisted?

Right -- it's not a man.
I know -- it's been reported. But no names have been named. I just want to know how the process works.... if she signs an admission, then will it be an immediate divorce? No wait time?

as far as i know, adultery is illegal in the military…the man she is cheating with can be arrested

Whoa..in that case there will really be some stuff hitting the fan. I would report it soon.

We all know the rules. Just get a divorce. No use letting it get all messy. It was obivious she didn’t want to be with him.
Maybe she was just experimenting. Who knows.

no such thing as a Navy divorce. strictly up to local law.

There is no such thing as a navy divorce.

Divorces are all civilian,

The Navy plays no part in them at all.
