Someone told me that I could contest my divorce settlement within a 2 year time period of the final judgement. I was in Mexico when the final hearing took place and did not have the money to fly up for the final hearing. The ex is a lawyer and manage to get out of 50% of child support and no alimony. He also sued me in Mexico which was not necessary and cost a lot of money. The story goes on and on. Do you have any advice?
