Has she responded to the file for divorce? If so, the court will set a date for you. If not, you can try filing for an order of default.

Get a lawyer. I know they’re expensive but worth it to get it done right–esp with kids at stake.

If you have filed, the court should be deciding the temporary custody order, so you should be contacting your attorney.
