How is it fair that Heather Mills is getting $80 million divorce settlement?
And she gets to keep the McCartney last name? This doesn't seem fair after only 4 years of marriage. McCartney made most of that money before they were married.
That comes out to about 2,500 for every hour they spent married? Is this what the cost of a womans love should be? Does this seem fair to you? McCartney offered her 30 million but that wasn't enough. Also, he can not publicly denounce the LIE that he abused her while she was pregnant with their baby.
Yes, it was idiotic not to have a prenump. But how can we have laws that allow woman to do this to men?

Yea, i’d have to agree its not fair. But what moron with that much money wouldn’t get a prenup? I have no money and i’d probably still get one.
She is just a stupid skank, who was always in it for the money and fame. I dont think she should get anything, and I think she should not even have custody of her daughter considering we all know what an anchor baby that was.
She should be beaten, dragged through city square by her hair, and then thrown in the dungeon. And instead of getting eighty million, you toss’r a quarter and say “Don’t splurge on yourself, sweet heart” and then you never see her again.
It’s not fair and divorce laws have to be changed to protect men. She should be ashamed of herself if she takes that from him. Its outrageous greedy and undeserved.
Changes need to be made to make pre nupts, unnecessary. Women leaving a marriage should not be entitled to a percentage of everything maybe half of what they put into the relationship together from the beginning of that particular marriage butnot half of everything. Not money that was his before she came along that should not even be considered in a divorce, its all so wrong and biased.

To men with money, celebrity marriages are just a legal form of prostitution, these women get paid for marrying the men with money. Oh and then there is that role reversal thing, Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown.
Simple…no prenup. He should have been way smarter than that.
