How can I put a lien on a property for non payment of money owed to me from a divorce settlement?
When I got a divorce 10 years ago my ex was to make payments to me for settling of the property. He stopped paying. How can I get the money he still owes me? He breached the decision of the court.

You indicated that you got divorced 10 years ago. When did he make his last payment to you. There is,in most states a statute of limitations on some court decisions.
Well whatever the case, you will need a copy of the original court order, take it to the recorder’s office where the property is located, Fill out the lien for the property.
The county court will record the lien against he property.
Once recorded, if he decides to get the property refinanced or sell the property your lien must be paid off along with any other mortgages and liens.
I hope this has been of some use to you, good luck.
FIGHT ON”

Have your atty file for breach of the original agreement. Simplest way to enforce the lien that is already in effect that existed when the original court decision was in effect
